The 430i Gran Coupe is the practical, liftback-bodied member of BMW's second-generation 4 Series: a five-seat, four-door fastback (chassis code G26) that stretches the two-door coupe's CLAR architecture onto a longer 112.4-inch wheelbase for usable rear seats and a 17-cubic-foot hatch. Power comes from the same 2.0-liter BMW B48 turbocharged inline-four as the coupe, rated at 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque with a 48-volt mild-hybrid starter-generator, routed through a ZF eight-speed Steptronic automatic to the rear wheels (xDrive is optional). It is the gasoline counterpart to the electric i4, which shares the same Gran Coupe shell, and slots beneath the inline-six M440i Gran Coupe. The EPA rates the rear-drive car at 30 mpg combined, positioning it as a refined daily grand-tourer rather than a sports car.

BMW factory claim for the 430i (0-100 km/h) in the Wikipedia G2x specifications table; the lighter coupe and the Gran Coupe share this figure. No reachable independently instrumented test of the 430i Gran Coupe was located (the only Car and Driver test of this body was of the inline-six M440i xDrive, which does not apply here).
