Announced in July 2025 for the 2026 model year as part of a new trio of all-wheel-drive 911s, the Carrera 4S Coupe adopts the upgraded drive system of the rear-wheel-drive Carrera S: a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six producing 473 hp (353 kW / 480 PS) and 390 lb-ft of torque, a 30-PS increase over its predecessor. An eight-speed Porsche dual-clutch (PDK) sends power to all four wheels through the Porsche Traction Management system, with rear-biased dynamics and an electromechanically controlled, water-cooled front-differential clutch. Porsche quotes a 0-60 mph time of 3.3 seconds (3.1 seconds with the Sport Chrono Package) and a 191-mph top track speed. The added all-wheel-drive hardware makes the 4S heavier than the rear-drive Carrera S; the Coupe is delivered as a two-seater as standard, with a rear-seat system available at no extra cost.
