2025 BMW 740i xDrive

The 2025 BMW 740i xDrive is the six-cylinder foundation of the seventh-generation G70 7 Series, BMW's full-size luxury flagship built on the CLAR architecture. Its B58 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six produces 375 hp (280 kW) and 384 lb-ft, augmented by a 48-volt integrated starter-generator and sending power to all four wheels through a ZF 8-speed Steptronic automatic. Stretching nearly 5.4 meters on a 3,215 mm wheelbase, it prioritizes rear-seat luxury and refinement, with options up to a 31-inch 8K rear theater screen. The EPA rates the all-wheel-drive sedan at 27 mpg combined, and like all G70 7 Series it is electronically limited to 155 mph.
